On September 18, business meeting of the specialists from VNIIGAZ-Certificate Certification Center (VNIIGAZ testing center), Severneftegazprom OJSC and INGC LLC was held at the office of Severneftegazprom OJSC in Novy Urengoy. At the meeting, the members have discussed information about the field certification testing of “Irtysh” GCU-1602 in accordance with the approved “Certification Testing Program and Procedure for “Irtysh” GCU-1602 Gas Compressor Unit and the agreed “Field Testing Schedule”.
Based on test results, “Certification Test PROTOCOL for “Irtysh” GCU-1602, station No.13, at the booster compressor station of Yuzhno-Russkoye oil-gas condensate field of Severneftegazprom OJSC was issued attaching the “Acts of Inspection of Documentation Availability and Operation of Individual GCU Systems”.
In 2020, INGC LLC manufactured six complete gas compressor units GCU-16 MW of “Irysh” series for the needs of Severneftegazprom OJSC to be located at Yuzhno-Russkoye oil-gas condensate field. Each unit is equipped with НЦ-16ДКС-02 “Ural” (ISKRA NPO PJSC) compressor and ПС-90ГП-2 drive (UEC-Aviadvigatel, JSC). Operating time of each of the six gas compressor units has already exceeded 10 000 hours.
